Order Tracking

After placing an order, check the email address you used at checkout for your order confirmation. When your order ships and tracking information is available, your shipping confirmation will include:

• A tracking number or tracking link
• The name of the shipping carrier, when provided

Click the tracking link in your shipping email or visit the carrier's official tracking page and enter your tracking number. You can also check the order status link included in your Shopify order emails when available.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. The carrier will update the shipment status as it scans your package. If items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

Order processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, and shipping method. Please review the estimate shown at checkout and our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the most relevant information about your order.

Some larger outdoor products may travel by freight carrier. If an appointment is needed, the carrier will contact you using the details provided with your order.

If we are unable to ship within a stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipment date and the options available to you.
